  • The Trail is a self-guided, entertainment-based experience designed for visitors to explore the Boyne Valley at their own pace.
     
  • We provide digital materials (PDF, audio, or other content) containing directions, clues, and historical storytelling.
     
  • We do not provide transportation, accommodation, or meals.
     
  1. Bookings & Payments
  • Bookings are made online through our secure payment partner (PayPal).
     
  • Prices are listed in Euro (€).
     
  • Once payment is received, access to your Trail materials will be provided on or after the release date specified.
     
  • All sales are final; refunds are only offered if the Trail is cancelled by us.
     
  1. Safety & Responsibility
  • Participants undertake the Trail at their own risk.
     
  • Please observe all local laws, road safety, and site access regulations.
     
  • We are not responsible for accidents, delays, closures, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
     
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All Trail materials (text, images, audio, design) remain our property.
     
  • You may not copy, share, or resell the materials.
     
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

The Celtic WhoDunit Murder Mystery Trail is designed primarily for adults and older teens who enjoy history, puzzles, and self-guided exploration. Children are welcome to join the adventure, but they must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
