- Nature of the Experience
- The Trail is a self-guided, entertainment-based experience designed for visitors to explore the Boyne Valley at their own pace.
- We provide digital materials (PDF, audio, or other content) containing directions, clues, and historical storytelling.
- We do not provide transportation, accommodation, or meals.
- Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are made online through our secure payment partner (PayPal).
- Prices are listed in Euro (€).
- Once payment is received, access to your Trail materials will be provided on or after the release date specified.
- All sales are final; refunds are only offered if the Trail is cancelled by us.
- Safety & Responsibility
- Participants undertake the Trail at their own risk.
- Please observe all local laws, road safety, and site access regulations.
- We are not responsible for accidents, delays, closures, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
- Intellectual Property
- All Trail materials (text, images, audio, design) remain our property.
- You may not copy, share, or resell the materials.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
